Are your products vegan friendly?

Yes, all of our products are vegan friendly and cruelty free. Also, they do not contain palm oil, parabens, phthalates, or DEA.

Are your products safe for all skin types?

Our products are formulated to be used by all skin types, but every body is different so if you start to experience irritation, a rash, or redness stop using immediately. We always recommend spot testing when trying new products.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made in small batches in the USA.

How long will it take my order to get to me?

Orders usually take 1-3 days to get to you. All orders placed before 2 pm EST will ship out the same day. Keep in mind we only ship out on Monday and Tuesday during the hot months to keep your butter from melting.

Do you ship to my country?

Right now, we only ship to the lower 48, but we're working on being able to ship to everyone. If you'd like to know when we start shipping to your area, complete our Contact Us form. Give us your email address and let us know what country you're from in the message area. Don't worry. we won't spam you to death we'll only email when we start shipping to your area.  😉 

What is your refund policy?

We accept returns on whipped butter within 7 days of delivery, and all other products within 14 days of delivery as long as the safety seal is still attached. You will be charged for the return postage. For more information on how to return products click here.

Why did my butter melt?

The main ingredients are butters and oils, which means it has a low melting point. We do everything we can to keep that from happening, including only shipping on Monday and Tuesday during the summer and shipping with ice packs.

If your butter arrives melted, it is still safe to use. Put it in the fridge for an hour or two until it hardens again.
