Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy on whipped butter and a 14-day return policy on all other products. This means you have 7 or 14 days after your order is delivered to request a return and send it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the safety seal attached, where applicable. You will be responsible for the return shipping amount.

To start a return, please send details and your order number to us at  returns@thesugarbandits.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted 7 (whipped butter) to 14 days after your order is delivered.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We’ll issue a refund once we’ve received the returned item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
